Morgan Advanced Materials' Technical Ceramics business offers a wide range of in line sensing solutions including various air in line sensors including processor based drive electronics, occlusion sensors and flow sensor.
Safety is a key factor in medical IV delivery so our sensing solutions are a key feature in making sure that IV fluid is free from dangerous air bubbles, is being delivered at the correct rate and that no blockages are in the pipes preventing the correct dose from being administered in infusion pumps, dialysis machines, enteral feeding pumps and drug delivery pumps.
We work closely with our customers to offer custom solutions to their in line sensing problems. We tailor our products to a customer’s specific application by choice of terminations (flexible circuit, flying leads, connector, surface mount), self contained with own clamp and catch, or designed to be integral with their pump, utilising their closing mechanism, we can supply processor based electronics to drive these devices and interpret the result. All our products are fully sealed against submersion and we only use UL approved materials and processes to ISO13485 quality standards.
