Alloy Forming

Stage 1
Metal ingredients are added to the crucible and the controlled atmosphere kiln is heated until the materials are molten

Stage 2
The crucible is ‘tipped’ and the molten alloy poured into its moulding crucible

Stage 3
The Kiln is cooled and the alloy soldifies
