Yixing Haldemwanger has recently successfully developed the mechanical connection between the Fused Silica roller end and the metal cap. This new design successfully overcame the weakness of the Silicon connection as the usage temperature should be less than 150oC. The mechanical connection could be used in environments of temperatures up to 500oC. This new design highly expands the application of our Fused Silica rollers. Now we have patented this design and supply these rollers to customers in Taiwan and other places.

宜兴海登皇格已成功开发出一种应用于石英辊棒与金属帽之间的机械连接方式，这种新型设计成功克服了硅胶连接方式的弱点，即硅胶连接方式只能在环境温度低于150 ℃ 使用。机械连接方式使用的环境温度可以达到500 ℃ ，从而拓宽了我们石英辊棒的应用范围。现在我们已对这种设计申请了专利，并供应了这种连接方式的辊棒给台湾客户和其他地方的客户。
