We design and manufacture high-temperature rollers and tubes that are used in kilns used for the manufacture of metals, glass, ceramic-ware and fuel cell production. Our kiln furniture and high temperature components are used in a wide range of specialist thermal processing applications from industrial annealing to medical device manufacture and scientific equipment.

We offer an exceptional range of fine ceramic thermal processing materials that are light, but mechanically strong and thermally stable, with high thermal shock resistance. This allows the design of components with reduced wall thickness and lower heat absorption, for significantly improved thermal processing efficiency and reduced energy consumption.

Our wide range includes oxide and carbide ceramic roller materials suitable for use in all atmospheric conditions from high pressure to vacuum. Our fused silica rollers are ideal for use in annealing kilns, for the production of safety glass, for example. We can produce hollow rollers, solid rollers, grooved rollers and special geometries.

Our range of ceramic tubes for thermal and scientific processes range includes protection tubes, insulators, radiant tubes, and support tubes for electric heaters, beams, profiles, incineration aids and special fabrications for all kind of iron and steel manufacture and metals heat treatment.

Our ceramic thermal components include kiln furniture, fuel bars, beams, setter plates, boards and burner elements for longer life and better performance.
